— When i was a UI/UX Designer Intern, the company have a problem “Why the number of employees creating ideas in Ideabox decreasing day by day?” So my team and I conducted research to find problems and create solutions to these problems…

Research and iteration

— I found that ideabox is useful for users to develop their ideas, but there are many problems because the number of employees adding ideas is decreasing day by day. So im with team doing interview to the Telkom employee and we are found a point a problem is :

1. long step

“im lazy because long a steps to create idea and take a lot time, even though there is a step containing an optional form but it must be skipped”

2. No guide

“when i see form create idea I don't know what to fill in the form label because there is no explanation”

3. Cant save unfinished idea

“when filling the form in create idea form, suddenly there is a sudden assignment, I can't save the idea first so I cant continue later ”
