— I and a team consist of ****mobile dev, backend dev and data analyst created Nutricycle because we were worried about food waste in Indonesia. One of them happened because UMKM (MSMEs) have difficulty managing food waste, but in other side we were concerned about underprivileged people who lack food which causes stunting…
Note: Best before food is food that is in good condition but is thrown away due to regulations in any MSME or supermarket. and the food will expire within a month but the quality is good
Stunting is a disease that is often experienced by children. This disease attacks the child's body and brain intelligence. This is caused by a bad surrounding and bad-nutritious food. Based on data from the Ministry of Health in 2018, 1 in 3 toddlers in Indonesia suffer from stunting, so the average intelligence of children in Indonesia to be below standard.
On the other side, there are UMKM (MSMEs) have difficulty handling best before food, so the MSMEs throw the food in TPST (SMURF)
Nutricycle is here by selling best before food from MSMEs for people who want to get healthy with cheap food and can donate food to stunting child. This application guarantees 100% quality food and transparent donations
With the Nutricycle application, we hope to help MSMEs manage best before food and create intelligent and resilient Indonesian children
